This adds documentation to the function with additional information
about the argument dictionary for expanded usage externally. No
additional changes.

[feat] implements basic logic for indexing page 1989554126

This adds the ui functionality to page `index_frame` in addition to
adding several helper functions.

Added functions:
- run_index(args): simple passthrough for cmd_index from photofind.py
- select_index_save_path() & select_index_search_path(): self
explanatory; opens file dialogue and saves output file path to relevant
text fields.
- build_index_args(): builds the argument format supported by `cmd_index`
in `photofind.py`
